Get access to Yoga & Self-Care on your terms. Enjoy short videos (5-15 minutes typically – some may be slightly longer) that help your body move better. Videos range from traditional yoga poses with variations and adaptations for all levels, myofascial self-massage (my balls), biomechanics and corrective exercises, to meditation.

Relieve stress, increase energy, stay alert, and improve morale and health of your employees. There are stretches, poses, movements, and meditations you can do sitting in your office chair to help both your mind and body feel good throughout the day.

Our next Yoga Retreat will be a weekend in May in the beautiful mountains of North Carolina.
